- "Service" refers to any service provided by NAC Travel, including visa processing, consultations, assessments, study abroad assistance, and any other services available through our websites.
- "User" refers to any individual or entity who accesses or uses our services.
- "Third-Party Services" refers to services provided by government bodies, VFS Global, or other entities that are utilized as part of NAC Travel's services.
3. Use of Services
- Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to form binding contracts.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services and to keep this information updated.
- You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
- Service fees for NAC Travel's consultancy and assistance are applicable and must be paid in full before services are rendered.
- These consultancy fees are non-refundable once the service process has begun.
- Fees paid to third-party service providers (e.g., government visa application fees, VFS fees) are separate from our service fees and are subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.
5. Disclaimer
NAC Travel International (Pty) Ltd. is a private immigration and travel consultancy. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the South African Department of Home Affairs or any other government body. We provide professional assistance, guidance, and facilitation for visa and permit applications for a professional fee. All final decisions on visa applications are made exclusively by the relevant government authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
NAC Travel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to, visa application rejections, delays by government authorities, or errors in information provided by the user. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount of the service fee paid to NAC Travel.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
8. Modification of Terms
NAC Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our websites. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
